Policies and Procedures

Thank you for choosing Puppet Theater on Wheels to be a part of your celebration! We are confident that we will provide your children a one of a kind puppet theater experience that they will remember for the rest of their lives.

1. Our shows are $395 (travel fee may apply). Please provide us with the address of the event and we'll be happy to give you the most accurate quote. In order to give you a great show, our performers bring heavy equipment with them that they must carry to the site of the show. This takes time and energy. Therefore, additional fees may apply for the following access challenges:
Having to carry equipment up several stairs, down excessively long hallways or distances that are far from the parking lot. Please note any access challenges when booking the reservation so that we can give you the most accurate quote possible.
2. A $100 Deposit is required after your reservation is submitted. You will receive instructions with your confirmation e-mail. The remaining balance is due at time of service. Currently, we accept cash and checks.
3. Once this order form is electronically signed and submitted, changes will only be accepted in writing (either by text message or email).
4. We ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice for any changes so that we can plan accordingly.
5. During the performance, at least one adult must be present in the audience as we are not able to see what the children are doing from behind the stage.
6. Please do not allow children to grab the dolls or props during the performance. After the show, they will have a chance to see how everything works and to play with the puppets.
7. Festivals, large parties and events held in banquet halls will incur an additional fee due to the additional work that is required to make the performance enjoyable for guests. To help with day of coordination and to limit your disruptions during the event, the remainder of the payment is due one week prior to the show. Payment can be made by check or electronically (additional fee may apply for electronic payments).
8. We only need a few things to perform:
A) An electric outlet
B) A nearby parking to unload our equipment
C) A shady, flat area (if the show is outside).
